Last year I decided to get calf implants in Mexico. While the doctor there did a good job with the surgery, the types of calf implants available in Mexico are not very natural looking (silicone gel-filled). I went with Dr. Widder to discuss having them replaced with soft solid silicone implants for a more natural look.
