Patient Coordinator

Vanessa is our Front Desk and Patient Coordinator and is responsible for making sure every step of your experience is informative and on schedule. From your initial consultation to the conclusion of your treatment, Vanessa will be there coordinating every step of the process. As our Front Desk and Patient Care Coordinator, Vanessa will help guide you through the details and finances of your procedure, and make sure that you are comfortable through the entire treatment plan. Whether it’s answering calls, making sure all appointments are on time, or answering your questions, her comprehensive knowledge and care will keep you confident that every one of your needs are met.

JoJo

Assistant

As an assistant at our facility, JoJo helps with the details of the procedure and gives personal care for each patient’s experience. As a Physician’s Assistant, JoJo is an integral part of the Widder Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Center. She is responsible for preparing your surgery, sterilizing and setting up the instruments, and overseeing your personal recovery in our on-site recovery room. Along with her professional experience and skill, JoJo has had multiple surgeries by Dr. Widder herself. She can help with detailed questions about the surgical process to make you feel more at ease during surgery and in recovery.

Bookkeeper

Handling the financial aspects of the company, our Bookkeeper Wendy is an integral team member who works to make your experience affordable.

Wendy is an essential part of our team and keeps our practice running very smoothly. As the Bookkeeper, Wendy is responsible for managing all patient accounts and makes sure that all bills are paid on time. By overseeing the financial aspects at Widder Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Center, she ensures the financial integrity of our business. She can also help you to determine which financial options and payment plans work best for you.
